Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Yuki Hoshi Bot (the "Bot"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please stop using the Bot immediately. Your continued use of the Bot after any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Description of Service

The Bot is a moderation and administration system for the Fight-mc Discord server and Minecraft project. It provides:

• Moderation tools: bans, mutes, kicks, unmutes, unbans, temporary roles.
• Punishment logging and statistics across Minecraft anarchy servers.
• Report system for players and moderators, with transcripts.
• Recruitment system: applications, candidate roles, deny roles, transcripts.
• Staff chat relay between Discord, Telegram, and Minecraft.
• Administrative web panel for viewing moderation data.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the Bot only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
• Not abuse moderation tools, exploit bugs, or disrupt the Bot's operation.
• Not use automation or scripts to interact with the Bot beyond what is permitted.
• Report discovered vulnerabilities to the support contact.
• Respect other users. Moderation tools exist to keep the server safe.

4. Moderation Data

All punishments (bans, mutes, kicks, unmutes, unbans) issued through the Bot are recorded in a secure database and may be viewed by server administrators. Punishment records are retained indefinitely for moderation purposes and may be used to evaluate future appeals or recruitment applications.

5. User Content

You are responsible for any content you submit through the Bot, including reports, recruitment applications, and messages relayed through staff chat. We do not claim ownership of your content, but we store it as necessary for the operation of the Bot.

6. Data Retention

Data retention periods are described in our Privacy Policy. In short:

• Punishment records: retained indefinitely.
• Command logs: 30 days.
• Report transcripts: 24 hours.
• Recruitment tickets: 90 days.

7. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Bot at any time without notice. We are not liable for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yuki Hoshi Bot and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Bot.
